Capacity for sustained workloads
Use a commitment when training schedules, long-running inference or a dedicated environment need a defined allocation. Agree the GPU model, count, term and start date before planning dependent launches.
Specify the entire deployment
Include node count, GPU interconnect, host architecture, storage throughput and network requirements. For sensitive data, name the required location and access restrictions. Capacity and location become commitments only when confirmed in the order.

Enterprise procurement can include a contract, purchase-order reference, deposit and monthly invoices. Specify payment terms, renewal, cancellation and any suspension rules explicitly; they are not inferred from a public price card.
Agree on acceptance and support
Define the environment, access handover and a repeatable acceptance workload. Record operational ownership and escalation contacts. Monitor actual usage against the agreed allocation from the Arvica workspace.
