Who this is for

For steady inference traffic, scheduled training programmes and enterprise projects that need capacity planning beyond an hourly instance.

SCOPE YOUR DEPLOYMENT

The details that make a quote useful.

01

Set the capacity commitment

Specify GPU model, exact count, node layout, location, start date and term. Separate the initial commitment from optional expansion so each can be priced clearly.

02

Review the complete reservation terms

Ask about minimum spend, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, renewal, replacement hardware and service credits. A lower unit rate can carry a larger commitment.

03

Prepare enterprise purchasing

Include the contracting entity, PO/reference, deposit requirements and monthly invoicing preferences. Billing responsibility and payment terms must be agreed for the selected provider contract.

From requirement to comparable options

Review candidate configurations, full costs and proposed start dates before deciding.

  1. Share your brief

Specify workload, budget, timeline and non-negotiable requirements.

  2. Match the options

Arvica reviews your requirement and prepares suitable compute options and pricing.

  3. Review the quote

Check hardware, location, payment terms and service scope before placing an order.

Questions before you start

Does a reserved quote guarantee capacity?

A quote is a proposal. The reservation, start date and any capacity commitments must be stated in the accepted contract and confirmed before activation.

Can capacity grow during the term?

Request an expansion schedule and ask whether additional capacity is committed or subject to availability. Include the pricing and notice period for each stage.
