The customer and the use case

VANTREK supplies workwear, uniforms and custom branding for Australian teams. Its catalogue spans workwear, corporate, healthcare, hospitality and community uses. The AI Guide gives a buyer a guided starting point when they know the team and work context but have not selected a product.

A bounded recommendation journey

The live guide asks about the team, the activity, team size and what matters most. It uses those inputs to shortlist current catalogue styles. The journey is deliberately narrow: it supports discovery and gives the customer a smaller set to review rather than presenting an open-ended chatbot as a product or purchasing authority.

Arvica's role

Arvica supported the development and operation of the VANTREK AI Guide and provides GPU and AI compute for the application. VANTREK controls its catalogue, customer experience and commercial information. The engagement shows how Arvica can support a focused, customer-facing AI application while the business retains control of the domain rules and final customer commitments.

Commercial safeguards remain outside the model

The guide does not create an order. VANTREK states that price, stock and delivery remain subject to its confirmation. This keeps recommendation separate from the commercial checks that require current catalogue, inventory and fulfilment information.

Independent organisations

VANTREK and Arvica are separate organisations and do not have the same owner. This page records a customer and delivery-partner engagement. It does not state or imply that VANTREK is an Arvica group company, related entity or controlled brand.

What this case study does not claim

This case study documents the live customer journey and Arvica's confirmed support role. It does not publish a GPU model, benchmark, traffic volume, conversion uplift, availability promise or customer testimonial because those facts have not been established for public use.
