Networking and access
Plan application ports and access controls with your instance.
Confirm the network profile
Ask for the public or private address model, allowed inbound ports and outbound connectivity. A GPU specification alone does not define networking, bandwidth or transfer charges.
Keep development tools private
Use authenticated access and narrow source-address rules where available. Do not expose notebooks, databases or model-management interfaces without authentication. Agree any public inference endpoint separately.
Troubleshoot in order
Check the recorded instance state, address, SSH port, key and username first. Then check your local network and the agreed firewall rules. Include the instance reference and timestamp in a support request, without credentials.
